Why can't I find certain CGE games and promos?

We are gradually adding more games and promos over time. However, some of the older games are currently out of print or, like Shipyard or 20th Century, discontinued and we are not planning to add them.

Will you offer games in languages other than English?

Most likely not. We have language partners in respective countries who offer our games in other languages. If you want our game in a language other than English, please contact them directly. You will find the list of our partners here.

How can I file a complaint? What if I want to return the goods or if I've never received the goods?

Shipping & Delivery

Do you only ship from the Czech Republic?

Currently, yes, but we are working on a way to ship from within the USA in the future, too.

Why don't you ship to my region?

We are adding more regions as we go. If you don't see your region among the shipping destinations, feel free to contact us at shop@czechgames.com so we can check the possibilities.

How much will I pay for shipping?

We use DPD and DHL Express services for delivery. Regarding shipping fees, see the table below:

When can I expect my package to arrive?

Processing in our warehouse takes approx. 24 hrs. As soon as the package starts its journey, you'll receive a tracking information. Usual delivery time to your destination is listed in the table below:
