Two rival spymasters know the secret identities of 25 agents. Their teammates know the agents only by their codenames. The teams compete to see who can make contact with all of their agents first. Spymasters give one-word clues that can point to multiple words on the table. Their teammates try to guess words of their color while avoiding those that belong to the opposing team. And everyone wants to avoid the assassin.

Codenames: Duet add a whole new set of words and a cooperative play for 2 players. Each player must give clues to the other, making the game more intense. To win, contact all the agents while avoiding the hidden assassins. Mission maps allow players to take on progressively tougher challenges. Clever clues are the key to completing your mission before the turns run out.

Codenames: Pictures can be played with or instead of the original Codenames. The rules of the game are the same: Two rival spymasters give one-word clues that can point to multiple pictures on the table. Their teammates try to guess pictures of their color while avoiding those that belong to the opposing team.
